Nomination Sales
A Story of Success
A nominee sale provides the option for someone who has purchased a property, to find another buyer to step in and have the contract transferred to their name and finalise the settlement.
This may be necessary when purchasers are unable to settle due to a change in their circumstances, such as the inability to gain finance for settlement. In many cases, purchasers seeking to nominate would otherwise find themselves in a bind possibly suffering serious legal ramifications and even bankruptcy.
Once a buyer has been found, the original purchaser will then nominate the signed contract to the new buyer for up to the same price.
FIRB
All apartments can be sold to FIRB buyers.
